Well I'm thinking of buying an iPad... but I have 3 options: to buy a new one, to wait 3-4 months for the iPad 2 to come out, or buy a refurbished iPad and save 70$

What do you think? I'm only asking for opinions

It depends on how much you want to spend. For example:

A brand new iPad currently costs £529 for the 3G + Wifi model (16GB) from the Apple website.
The iPad 2 will most likely cost between £100 - £200 more, so £629 - £729. (16GB estimate)
Refurbished iPads cost >£300 (16GB)

If you want it cheap, get a refurbished model.
If you want to throw some money around, get a brand new one.
If you want to show off, wait for the iPad 2.
