I want to acquire and ipad and im not confident id i have to pay each month like an iphone appropriate? And i want to know the diffrence among ipad+wifi or ipad+wifi=3G?

You only have a monthly bill if:
1: you financed your ipad and haven't paid it off totally.
2: you have the 3g and activated a information plan for that.
