So for Chrismas I am thinking about obtaining an iPad. I would use it for browsing the net, playing games from the AppStore, and I would also get a Bluetooth keyboard and the iWork suite to sort documents for school. I am just asking yourself if there would be any disadvantages of acquiring an iPad rather then a laptop.

I'd say get a laptop since u can do really far more issues then an iPad but after all its Ur selection.
