hi im generating a studio in my room im going to record everything on ipad with vocalive or garageband but i require expert equipment at my budget. what is the very best mic under 500$ , whats a good mixer thats effortless to use and under 100$ , what else do i need to record my demo?

Sounds quite amazing what you are performing. As far as the mic goes, I suggest finding a condenser microphone for vocals, acoustic guitar, more delicate sounds.

I know it is a small bit above your cost range, but it is so worth it. It has built in phantom power for the condenser microphone, and it has an USB output. But you would almost certainly have to get some type of cord so that you can plug it into the ipad.
So if you purchase that equipment, you really should be on the path to excellent recordings!
