You have to connect your iPod to iTunes, with your identical account and you'll see there your already bought/purchased apps. You will be able to install them on your iPod. The photos and music are also stored in iTunes, so you'll have to drag them to your iPod.

I would say it will come out in September, the time they release the new iPod Household(thrilling). they will release iOS4 for ipad which allows u to generate folders on house screen, of course the multitasking as nicely. let's wait and see how iOS4 will carry out on iPad! lol

I do not know about Australia but the iPhone five is coming out September 7 in the US. I don't feel there will be an iPad three. I know there is an iPod touch 5 gen coming this Fall also.
