Is there an ongoing cost for the iPad's 3g, or do you just pay the additional $ 130 and thats it?

The added $ 130 just pays for the 3g hardware on the device. The information plan is $ 15/month for 250mb or $ 30/month for unlimited. There's no contract. It's month to month service.
