Yes - the 3g model only relates to the reality that this specific ipad has a 3g world wide web connection.
The size and dimensions are the identical - but you have a sim card in the 3g version. Any ipad case will fit a 3g ipad.
btw - do not fall for the scam of the above comment about acquiring a free ipad - it does not operate.. you just end up paying a lot more income.
