My ipad 2nd gen, connects to our house world wide web, has full signal strength, but does not enable to surf the web. The wifi is on, connected but when i attempt to view a web site it says "Safari can not open the page because it is not connected to the internet". But it is connected to the residence network, 3 curved lines in the top rated left corner that shows it is connected. Aid me please?!?!

Go to Settings > Common > Network > Reset Network settings.
I'm recalling this from memory, so I assume that is exactly where it is at. If it nevertheless doesn't connect, book a reservation with the genius bar at your local apple shop.
