DOes the Ipad have any sort of application that allows you to draw professionally? Whether it is with a stylus, pen tab, or with you finger ( tho that may not be as effective for drawing...) If so, what is it known as? ( And also if you know any specific features about it like you are able to draw on different layers, or adjust the contrast and RGB levels. Or use certain tools like the smudge or dodge. One thing like a a lot simpler form of Adobe Photoshop. Also say the price too.) thanks a lot!

yes it will have you will only be able to use your finger its difficult to say the name for an app that will assistance it though as its nonetheless in development hope this helps
