I have the 4g iPod touch and I want an iPad 2 and 3DS, but I truly want the iPad a lot more. I believed the multi touch, large screen would be far better for me, and I might just get a 16 gig and keep my 10 gigs of music on my touch. Is an iPad two really worth it?

No it really is not. There are practically no attributes your the iPad has that your iPod does not.
