There ipad, phones, music players, laptops, etc are so great!! I'm just disappointed that they haven't started generating cameras yet...if they can make the ipad then a camera should be no dilemma for them!! A thin, touchscreen camera...and contemplating their other products they might even add a few apps :P
What else do you believe they need to make? They skipped a entire decade by creating the ipad (i would so suggest it to anybody who's thinkin of purchasing one) you would feel they would commence with some thing far more simple like a camera :D

Computers and cameras are fully diverse categories of development processes. I doubt they will ever make cameras with their logo on them. They would have to develop they own sensors unless the subcontracted one more camera business. Also, they would have to compete with bigger camera organizations that are already properly established in the business such as Nikon and Canon.
