I heard alot about an ipad three getting released this fall,,,shall i w8 or just acquire an ipad two???

hmm i think you must wait .... due to the fact ipad three will have some of the features that ipad two is lacking ... but then you will face yet another difficulty which is - apple launches the next version of the idevices quiet soon :D !!! but that way you would never ever be able to acquire any idevice !!
