My school syncs its apps to my iPad on a quarterly basis, deleting all of the apps that i downloaded myself. Also, if i sync my own apps to my ipad from my pc, it deletes all of the apps that my school puts on there. So how can i keep both my private and school's apps on my ipad?

if its connected to itunes it will automatically back up but if its jailbroken itunes wont enable it so you use cydia
