i'm under 13 so i have to wait blooming ages till i can get close to affording one is there any web sites that sell them inexpensive. (bearing in mind i dont have a credit card)

3. To answer your question, the world wide web requires the usage of credit cards or gift cards (codes that you can use on their website really). I'd advise you just begin mowing lawns and doing odd jobs to save up, get a gift card from Amazon or Ebay, and obtain your self one that you earned.
