So I recently got my iPad2 and when I plug it into my laptop. It says "Not Charging" on the leading righto f the iPad2.
I researched on google. Individuals stated because of the USB or personal computer.
How do I know if my Laptop good sufficient to charge it?? My laptop is HP with Window7.
