i plug it in and i hit check for update and it says that im up to date but im not... im operating three.two and i actually want 4..... so ya what do i need to have to do?

four. is only in beta testing currently for the iPad.
It is targeted to be obtainable to the public via an iTunes update sync for the iPad near the finish of the year.
3.two.2 is the most current OS for the iPad as of these days.
