I don't know If I want the 3G Ipad or just wifi Ipad .
I may well alter my thoughts later about Ipad 3g.Would I be able to nonetheless use it without having a Information plan?

If you get a 3G, you will be filling out a data plan statement. If you purchase wifi, no.

Also, you do not have to use the 3G on the 3G it has the wifi option as well.
