I bought an ipad last week and uncover i dont truly require it that a lot. so i want to return that to apple shop. i just want to know what will apple store do to the returned goods. will they destroy it, or restock it(not likely coz they dont sell old gadgets), or use it as demo, or blah blah blah?

Apple will refurbish the old iPad that you bring in - meaning that they will test it thoroughly and make sure there is nothing wrong with it. If they find something wrong, they will fix it.
Then when individuals bring in a broken iPad back to the store throughout their warranty period, Apple will give them the refurbished iPad.....they will not give you a brand new 1.
