Uhhh...not to be rude, but what sort of enterprise sense does it take to give away a 500-dollar piece of Apple hardware for filling out a 5 minute survey? If a thing sounds too good to be correct, it normally is. That goes quadruple for websites providing free iPods, 3DTV's or whatever.
