I do not want to get the ipad 2 if the ipad 3 is coming out early 2012. I just wanted to know what the distinction is in between an ipad 2 and ipad three.

It will probably come out in Q1 of 2012. It will feature a retina display, 4g Lte connectivity, greater camera, and a faster processor- Apple A6
